Yes, we provide an automatic email receipt, which you can send to your recipient as a notification of transfer. You can input the email address in the excel file template in the fields “Email”, “Email CC”, and “Email BCC”. For API, you can add the email_to, email_cc, and email_bcc string in the batch disbursement payload.
Before sending your first disbursement, you can customize the receipt appearance at Dashboard > Settings > Disbursement Notifications.
In the Disbursement Email Template or Batch Disbursement Email Template section, you can enter the information displayed to the end user in the email footer.
Be sure to test out the receipts by including your email address in the disbursement request. You can then see what the email receipt looks like in your inbox.
